Employees are able to determine what kind of environment they would like to work for the day all at the touch of a button. Employees can choose whether they want to work in an individual space or a collaborative space based on their mood and work out for the day.
Additionally, TELUS Digital Took their employees health to a new level by encouraging their team to get moving. Team members not only connected virtually or in the office, but they started holding meetings that included workout classes and movement challenges between team members.
Allowing team members to connect socially, physically and mentally based on each person’s individual needs built stronger teams – regardless of their physical proximity to each other.
