Ruben manages BLR’s field and installation teams. As a master installer himself, he takes great pride in assuring every sign is hung to exacting specifications. His responsibilities also include managing third-party partners in the field, as well as training new employees and partners. Patient under even the most stressful situations, Ruben hates “re-work” and consistently puts quality first. Outside of work, Ruben enjoys cars and spending time with his family.
