A bookkeeper by trade, Pauline is responsible for managing all projects related to BLR’s Concord office. She works directly with customers, from quoting to order entry and seeing projects through to completion. In addition, she is a power user of our CRM application . A perfectionist at heart, she loves the details and is an admitted micro-manager (in a good way).  When not working, Pauline spends time with her husband of over three decades and enjoys joining her friends and family at church.
